Your wizard membership gets confirmed only post receipt of payment for the same. In case you made a Pay at Hotel booking, the membership will be confirmed only after payment is received at the hotel

Wizard ‘Base’ is that one special hotel where you can avail 10% discount on all your future bookings

You will be prompted to select your Wizard Base post buying the membership & at every booking you make at a Wizard Partner hotel post the purchase. All you need to do is simply select the property of your choice as Base.

Once selected, the Wizard Base cannot be changed for the duration of membership. However, if in an unlikely event of Wizard Partner Hotel opting out of this program, you shall be provided an option to opt for alternate Wizard Base

You are eligible for 10% additional discount at your Wizard Base for every subsequent booking after your first checkout from your Wizard Base post selection. For your first stay at Wizard Base after selection of the Base hotel, you are entitled for 5% discount

Validity of Chuty Wizard membership is 6 months for Blue members, 12 months for Silver members and 24 months for Gold members from the date of purchase. You may avail discount across all Wizard Member Hotels unlimited number of times during the validity period, i.e. True Infinity!

Yes, you are entitled for 5% additional discount for your first booking (including your Wizard Base hotel). In case you have already checked in, the same amount will be adjusted against the booking at the time of checkout

Chuty Wizard Blue, SIlver and Gold members will get 500, 1200 and 3000 Chuty money respectively on membership purchase. This Chuty money will be valid for 6 months, 6 month and 1 year respectively for Blue, SIlver and Gold members respectively

This additional Chuty money can be used for your future bookings across any Chuty property based on the condition of Chuty money application limits at the respective property. However, this cannot be applied for your current booking

All existing WIzard members will be upgraded to Wizard Blue tier by default. You can upgrade to higher tiers (Silver, Gold) by paying the additional amount for the tier

No, all exisiting Wizard members will be upgraded to Wizard Blue without any change in validity

Yes, you can upgrade to any of the higher tiers at any point of time by paying the additional amount. If you are a Blue member you can upgrade to Silver and Gold by paying INR 100 and 300 respectively. If you are Silver member you can upgrade to Gold by paying INR 200

Membership can not be downgraded during the validity period once purchased. Silver membership can not be changed to Blue and Gold membership can not be changed to Blue or Silver during the validity period

No, 40% off coupon codes are tier specific. If you upgrade from Silver to Gold, the 40% off coupon code you received at the time of your Silver membership purchase will no more be valid. You will receive 2 new 40% off coupon codes as a part of your Wizard Gold benefits

The membership is non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased
